Tired of jumping from one exercise program to another because you do not see any real change in your body? Welcome, you’re the perfect candidate for our Personal Training and Performance Coaching program. Our program focuses on empowering clients to take control of their exercise routines and be the change they want to see.

As your personal trainer, my goal is to create a personalized fitness program according to your fitness level, special needs and previous experience. We’ll design your program to work you toward your fitness and health goals while still keeping you motivated and accountable.

No matter what your fitness level is, you’ll be provided with a fitness regimen tailored to your specific goals.  See what options suit your needs below.

Option 1
If you live in the greater Phoenix area. You pick a schedule and we will meet at a fitness center for personal training. Sessions are 1 hour in duration. All workouts are infused with Performance Psychology coaching to ensure you perform at your maximum potential and achieve your goals!

Option 2
You will be provided access to a fitness app that you can use on your mobile device. Workouts will be sent to you which will include videos demonstrating the proper execution of each exercise. You workout at your leisure. Performance Psychology training is not included.
